Our breeding philosophy is to produce modern, performance oriented Simmental and Simangus cattle that will work in commercial programs. We select for balanced traits with an emphasis on calving ease, carcass and maternal trails while maintaining adequate growth and good dispositions. We use artificial insemination almost exclusively with some embryo transfer using breed-leading bulls that reflect our objectives. Our cow herd is made up primarily of solid patterned, black and red, polled Simmental and Simangus females as well as a few select Angus females.
